Delivery Policy

Residential delivery - Provided your street is accessible by a tractor trailer, we may be able to arrange residential, curb-side delivery at a nominal fee. Please be aware when this option that this would be a non-assisted off-load. You will be responsible for unloading your shipment upon arrival.

Please be aware, residential delivery is a non-assisted offload at the curb side. The truck driver does not assist you and the cargo is too heavy to use the lift-gate on the trailer. We recommend the use of a pick-up truck or SUV (and several strong friends!) to shuttle the wood from the truck to the house. Please be aware that your new hardwood weighs approximately 4 lbs. per square foot. A 1000 sq ft floor will weigh 4000 lbs and consist of 60 cartons, 7' long each, so please plan accordingly!
