I wanted to tell you and Mr. Cosgrove how pleased I am with your product. It is everything I was hoping it would be, and nothing less than you said it would be.

I have attached a couple of quick photos of the floor, prior to our move in. Todd Johnson, the gentleman who installed the floor has been doing this type of work for 20+ years and he liked the floor so much he wants to put it in the new addition to his house.

I passed your information on to him, and to my painter, Mario Bermea, who also loved the floors.

The quality is just as you described and Ann is very happy with the result.

The floor was finished about a month ago and we are finally preparing to move in to the house on Wednesday.

The floor is great looking and I know it will last for years.

I want to thank you again for all the assistance you gave me in my "hardwood endeavor". The Santos Mahogany solid product you recommended turned out beautifully. I have attached pictures here for you to see. Everyone who sees my floors can't get over their beauty. I love the fact that they are so durable and easy to care for also.
